How to Grow Taller

This is the first post on the "How to..." series :) and as promise it's going to be about how to grow taller :)

I am currently 1.58m, and i wish i can be a bit taller, well, at least 1.6m... So I am posting this video, and hopefully it can help those people that want to grow taller like me :)

This video is on some simple stretching exercises that you can do at home :) So hopefully it will be helpful :)
